High thermal resistance

RenCast® epoxy casting systems are used for the production of durable molds, models and tools that require high mechanical and thermal resistance. Castable in thicknesses up to 100mm, the cure rate of the materials is adjustable through the choice of hardener in the system. Other components or fillers can also be added to the product for enhanced performance. RenCast® epoxy casting systems can be used in the construction of stamping tools, punch guides, vacuum forming tools and injection molds.
